Greenview did a fantastic job overhauling several of my rental properties, so good in fact that I have him do regular maintenance. It is nice not having to worry about doing yard work all weekend long and instead spending time relaxing with my family. Give him a call he does free estimates.

Not happy. I hired this company to remove the remnants of a lawn that died when we couldn’t water and the owner told me he could remove about 90% with light rototilling and would spray with pre-​emergent after for the Bermuda grass. Still he said, a small amount of Bermuda grass might remain. In reality, 3 days after the service, which was not cheap, it was apparent that many of the clumps of grass were not disturbed, simply covered up with dirt. Now, a week and a half later, I’m spraying because it seems like all of it is growing back. When I told him I wasn’t happy he did not offer anything more and his only concern was whether or not I mailed the check. I did and I’ll never use his services again and wouldn’t recommend him. He talks big and delivers little.
