Pizza Hut

I waited on the phone on three separate dates for several minutes each time. The last time I called in an order I was on the phone after being put on hold for 19 minutes and still no answer. I was already at the restaurant still on hold while standing in line. The male worker went to answer the other line, purposefully hung up on that caller then hung up on me. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I ended up ordering a pizza anyway and explained what I had witnessed to management. They shrugged it off and said the were sorry. What did I learn? This area is in desperate need of people who are passionate about the restaurant business. Pizza Hut’s future if things continue is closing their final remaining Jamestown location: something I’m sure the owner would be excited to hear
