Mom’s Flower Shoppe

Awesome customer service!!! I’m from out of town and the Giant down the road tried to rip me off on a simple flower arrangement that I ordered two days out; which I declined because the flowers were dead and the ribbon looked like used medical tape. I stopped in at Mom’s on a whim, and was very pleased. They had fresh roses in stock and assembled a wonderful arrangement while I waited at an unbeatable price.

I ordered flowers this morning for delivery to DTown Hospital for my moms birthday to be delivered same day.
First who delivers same day AND does not charge expedited fees! The delivery fee was only $ 10 total which is far less than many florists delivering a week out.
This in itself would be enough for a good review but what moms flowers did set them far and away ahead of any florist I have ever used.
My mom was unknown to me or my family getting discharged and taken to another faculty about 15 minutes from the hospital. I called moms flowers to apologize & let them know not to spend their time delivering to the hospital, I told her to please still charge me because I knew the arrangement had already been made and was on it’s way.
When my mom arrived at the new facility the flower arrangement was waiting for her in her room! I had no idea the florist had rerouted the flowers!
My mom was having one of her very worst days. She was so sad about not being home on her birthday so when she saw the surprise that awaited her it boosted her spirits SO much.
THIS is what sets apart small business from the larger more expensive companies. I got to speak with a real person and she cared enough to go far beyond my expectations. This act of kindness to go above normal services means ALOT to me. I will be a forever customer of moms flowers.
