I did not have a good experience here.
The lady who approched me made it very clear that she was only talking to me because she had to. She had this uppity, I-​hate-​that-​youre-​here attitude. I told her what my budget was and she immediately took me to the warehouse where all the old (?) carpet is and thats sitting on the floor. She showed me the cheap stuff and then immediately took me to the carpet that literally cost THREE times my budget. She seemed to be mocking me and making fun of my budget.
She did not take the time to explain the difference between carpets, what the installation process was like (even though I asked her). She was just super cold.
When I thanked her for her time and help (LOL) all she said was, «well…» It seemed like she wanted to say, «well, I had to.» She did not thank me for coming in or anything. She didn’t even offer to set up an appointment to have them come out and take a look at the two bedrooms I need carpet for.
She needs to go through a comprehensive training program that teaches her how to interact with customers.
Because of how horrible my experience was, I basically said, «f*ck them», went to Halversons and bought the carpet there. They were fantastic and highly recommend them!
