Was greeted by very friendly staff. Came in looking for information about their services and prices and ended up leaving with an appointment for them to come set up their services at my home later in the week!

When moving back into the area, there is a limited availability for decent internet. Chartee being one of the only available options means they can charge whatever they like. Their introductory prices are reasonae, however the price jumps up after six months. Then for us, the price went up another $ 15 per month after a year! When we called to try to renew our contract, they would not do anything to accommodate us. The best they would give us was maybe two dollars less a month than they are currently charging us. They have nothing to offer loyal customers and wanted to charge us $ 50 a month for wireless internet!
