I took a picture there for Custom framing, I had a coupon for 60% off plus another 15%. What a joke, after all the discounts it still cost me $ 174.00. The order was written up exactly the way I wanted it done. Unfortunately, the person doing the actual framing didn’t read it. After I got the picture home and discovered the error I had to make another trip back to the store (60 miles roundtrip). In the future my business will go elsewhere!

It’s hard to review stores like this because they are usually always identical.
I liked that this particular store seemed bigger than others I’ve been to and that they had LOTS of sales going on. This Michaels is also one of the most organized and clean Michael’s I have been in.
I didn’t like that I was not greeted one time or asked if I needed assistance.
