I use to really like this store a lot. But after bringing several friends in with me today, who left feeling disappointed about the sale, I can understsnd their misgivings. They have a lot of great stuff to choose from. They have .99 cent sales quite a bit, but after today I’ve figured out why I’m too disappointed after these sales. Today was the .69 cent sale. Each item has a colored ticket that corresponds to a discount: red, green, yellow, purple, orange, and blue. A large sign has all the discounts listed. Green is never on the sign, and those are regular priced. If you don’t ask, you won’t know. ALL of the nicer things you THINK you’ll get for the .69 or .99 cent sales are not going to sell for those prices. Items that are less attractive or out dated will go for those prices. Red and purple ticket items are the nicer items you will NEVER see at higher discounts or apart of those sales. It will also depend on one’s tastes and what you may be looking for in resale/consignment stores. Carrie Harrell-Payton

I tagged along with my girlfriend for the 99¢ sale today and this place is extremely overpriced, saw a coat for $ 150 and most tops are $ 8 — $ 12. The Facebook advertisement was misleading. We thought everything was 99¢ and as my girlfriend was beginning to shop we heard one of the employees say that only certain things were a dollar but if it’s not a dollar it’s 70% off so after my girlfriend shopped and got a BIG pile of clothes we went to the counter and was informed that nothing she had was a dollar or 70% off but was full price. I would never go here again, go to Goodwill !!
