Big Eagle Auctions

Started out great, then soured at the end. We had an agreed to amount and date (before the end of Feb 2015) when they would clean out the storage unit they were purchasing. They came and cleaned out everything except a King Bed (w/​rails and headboard) that was in good condition and left a CD Tower broken in pieces and glass that were not broken previously and a coat rack (that was known to have a broken ‘finger’ that I told him was broken and could be glued), but it was broken even further. They locked the unit back up and never came back. The storage facility charged for the next month plus late fees. I couldn’t get into the unit as Big Eagle had the only keys. I called numerous times leaving messages and sent numerous emails as well and have not, to this day, ever been called back or received a return email. I ended up breaking the lock and having to discard the remaining items, clean up the glass and pay the March fees. Not very happy with this service. I will not use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone! Not very professional.
