I am truly disappointed with how the subway is not only ran but how the food is handled. The bread isn’t good, and the customer service is terrible. I wish they would stop hiring careless teenagers with attitudes.

After driving for awhile looking for a place to eat we settled on Subway. We walked in and were greater immediately after entering! Our orders were taken promptly and that made us happy. The facility itself was not in the best condition. Maybe because it’s attached to a gas station. I don’t know but it was dusty you can see the marks on the tables from when they had cleaned. Windows weren’t cleaned. Floors were dirty. After some small talk with my husband we began to eat. The sandwich was ok, the bread was old. I could tell because it was dry and hard! I also asked for jalapeños in my sandwich I got some I also got stems!

Belton, TX
This location sadly does not follow the normal standards as other subways. The staff kept touching raw meats then touching veggies. Told the staff and they said the food was clean. I explain how cross contamination works and she said they do t have to replace gloves. I refused to eat the sandwich and left.
