Called to place an order at 7:45 hours say they are open till 9. Women on the phone said she wanted to close at 8 so I couldn’t order a thing from the grill. Not very good customer service.

The food is not bad the décor is hideous. I hope the health department looks over this place often. Besides that, lol, I have had a couple items and the pizza burger is really good. Employees are knowledgeable of the menu and have worked there for several years. They are open but when you drive up you may not be able to tell. They run a $ 7.99 lunch special but its only a cheese steak sub, fries and drink, not much of a lunch special. I will continue to get food there since it’s the only sub shop around plus the food is not bad..

Good subs and above average pizza. Pizza guy recently left and pizza is now a little inconsistent.

Good Stromboli and baked ziti. Salads are hit or miss as greens may or may not be fresh. Pizza isn’t very good because they ways burn the dough. Delivery is usually pretty fast. Not bad for Jarrettsville; can’t have very high expectations. Business was still open as of last week.

I’ll give these guys 2 stars because I’ve been there two times; first was good, second was pathetic.
The food was decent, par for the course in terms of local sub/​pizza joints. Pizza sauce was slightly sweet, which I like.
Called and ordered lunch today, $ 6.99 special: 8″ cheese steak, fries, soda. Guy took my info, said 15 minutes. 20 minutes later I showed up, gave him my name and he looked at me like I had 3 heads. Repeated my order and he said «did I take that order?» Well, he’s the only one there so I’m assuming so. There was ONE other customer when I came in, wasn’t busy. A little lady showed up and started writing down my order. I was pressed for time and couldn’t wait ANOTHER 15 minutes. I said «don’t bother, I don’t have the time» and walked out. They’re not the only sub shop in Jarrettsville!
Do you think they apologized for COMPETELY missing my order? NO.
Do you think they made any attempt to correct the situation, other than «here, I’ll take your order… AGAIN…and you’ll wait 15 minutes»? NO.
Do you think they made ANY indication that they acknowledged their serious f@#% up? NO.
Since they have my cell phone number after I ordered, do you think they made any effort to contact me? NO.
Do you think they made any attempt to keep me as a customer? NO!
Seriously. Someone calls up, places an order, you acknowledge it, you forget about it and… THAT’S IT? WTF is wrong with these people???
Think I’ll be getting my pizza and subs from Madonna Seafood from now on. Wouldn’t be surprised if I see a «For Lease» sign on these clowns’ window soon.
