There appears to be a lot of confusion with the Unilocal location especially in Jasper, AL. This location is in the Jasper Mall. There is another location in front of The Home Depot that many are getting mixed up with.
This location is in the food court at the mall and is always slammed during lunch hours as there isn’t much variety in the Jasper for lunch and especially in the mall. The staff can get slow as there seems to be a lot of turnover here and they are always training new people. They usually don’t have an issue getting your order correct, but it may take a little longer than you may think.

Busy drive thru, but still pretty quick. The food was fresh and they typically have great customer service. Yummo! Love the chicken biscuits!

It’s great they always do there best to get hot and yummy food out and it is extremely clean and cook to order food give them a shot and there shire to wow

The service is always incredibly slow here and they always forget bits and pieces of my order… I have had to run in to get salsa with my burritos twice after going through the drive through. I try to avoid this joint has much as I possibly can. They seriously need to restaff, but I don’t think it can get any better in Jasper…
