Terrible service! Got to my table quick (was not busy) Still waited to have my order taken for 20 minutes. Didn’t get my food for another hour!!! Never go there again.

We arrived and were seated at 10:47 am. We did not get our drink order taken for 10 minutes. The check actually was created at 10:58 am. We ordered our food at the same time. It took an hour and 15 minutes for the food to come out to our table. The food was warm but not hot and seemed to have been sitting in the back for sometime. It was ridiculous.

Strike three Cracker Barrel! After 40 minutes waiting on our food and 15 minutes on refills I’m done. I love seeing people who sit down way after us get their food way way before us.

This was my first time to a Cracker Barrel and it was all disappointed with the overall service and especially the meal, could not find the server for my table and it took a long time for my meal to get to the table, the plate was dirty and the rice was like oatmeal the entire meal was just disgusting.

Cracker barrel… Old country style food, old country style décor, served with old style country charm… In a clean, well lit upbeat environment. You should stop here, take some time eat good food and relax
