Fisher’s Men’s Shop

I called this store from Germany and ordered something very special for my husband who is on Active Duty. This store charged my card and said they’d ship it. I called for a tracking number as the item was supposed to have been shipped. After 2 weeks, I contacted the shipping carrier with the tracking number I’d been given. It was not my package. Fair enough, people get the tracking numbers confused. Furthermore, the shipping carrier did not ship to my location overseas. The store was c adamant that they chose that carrier. When confronted with the information that carrier wouldn’t have accepted a package to that address, they hinted that perhaps the carrier kept the item. The item is expensive and one of a kind and the person I dealt with kept on and on about the rarity of it. I ended up reporting this to my credit card and was granted a full refund through my bank. Unbelievable! I was trying to support a local business. I do not believe the item was ever shipped. I think the owner experienced Seller’s remorse and kept it. My husband ended up with no Christmas gift because of this. Be wary.
