I am very disappointed in this place. I Bought a used washer from them in early May. It started having problems in early July. They came and got it, kept it two weeks and brought it back. It worked okay until early September when it completely quit. They came and got it again. This time they said it was a lemon and they would replace it with a newer one. Three weeks later(me doing without a washer this whole time) they brought another one. It looked rough, but it washed three small loads okay, not great, didn’t spin well, but then on the fourth load(a very small load — just a few towels and t-shirts), it started shaking so badly that it pulled the hose out of the wall and spilled water everywhere, causing damage my baseboards. I looked up the serial number to discover this washer was manufactured in January 2000, almost 16 years ago. Needless to say, I am not a happy customer of Randy’s. I went to Sears and bought a new washer for just a little more, which is what I should have done in the first place.
