Had a spring break on my garage door and called these folks to come fix it. They got here quickly and replaced the spring in less than an hour. Now my garage door works again! I also had them replace my other garage door spring since they were both the same age, and they were very reasonably priced. About $ 100 less for both springs than other companies I had gotten quotes from. If you need garage door work done and want to support a local business, give these folks a call, they’re great!

Horrible service and customer service. Installed doors and openers incorrectly. Did not stand behind their work. Had to have another company come in and fix their mistake. I would not use them under any circumstances.

super awesome! I called because I hit something while cleaning out my garage and now the reverse sensor on the garage door is activated.
I read the LiftMaster website about the sensors and wiring and it seemed easy enough to try on my own. However, just to be safe I called Super Service Door Company in Jasper for a quote on a service fee and Don was so helpful I feel like I can try to fix it myself.
He spent a full five minutes explaining how and if I can’t fix it myself, I am calling Don back.
How nice to have someone care about my issue, not just want to take my money.
