Western Sizzlin

One of the juiceist steaks we have had in a long time. Salad bar was okay, same for the desert bar. Pricing was reasonable.

I’ve only eaten here once, but it was the best Western Sizzlin I’ve ever eaten at. My parents eat there frequently and would go more often if it were closer to where they live.

The food was disgusting. Feeling super sick after eating here. Service was mediocre.

We walked over from our hotel so how convenient is that! It was a good value and the salad bar was fresh. My server Tammy was adorable and friendly with her southern charm. Steak was mediocre so In my opinion I’d just buy the salad bar because there is a good enough variety. You can take salad bar to go by the pound. Good for kids and it is a bit noisy but overall a decent experience. If you do want a steak get the ribeye. My sirloin was very chewy but hubby enjoyed his ribeye.

I have a love/​hate relationship with this place. I LOVE the salad bar and the service is almost always good if not excellent. But on more than one occasion I have found foreign objects in food off the bar, such as strings from clothing and hairs.
Yes, I know a buffet is basically like a communal trough and I’m probably lucky a string and a hair are the only things I’ve found. I know that the staff can’t be everywhere checking everything all the time. But it still gives me a nasty feeling and so I don’t eat here as much as I would if that hadn’t happened. As far as value and taste go, it’s one of the best restaurants in this area of i24 and has something for everyone on the buffet. Just look at your food before it goes in your mouth.
