When it comes to expensive items being sold at great deals, I am a skeptic and it takes a lot of convincing before I can trust the seller. However, when my wife brought me to Gil and Alina at New York Diamond Exchange, I felt very comfortable with their honesty and hospitality. They have great customer service, combined with great products and deals. That’s unbeatable. These are people you can trust. I bought a rolex for my wife and we have sent several of our friends to their store. A lot of our friends came back very satisfied and very thankful that we introduced them to this great store.

The New York Diamond Exchange is where I go when I need jewelry. They are knowledgable and attentive to your needs. Buying jewelry can be a challenge, especially for me, but working with the New York Diamond Exchange, I felt comfortable as they made the shopping experience easy and pleasant! Not only was the service awesome but the ring I bought was beautiful. The recipient of the ring was more than pleased but what made it over the top was the AMAZING deal I got. My husband and I first met Gil, the Owner, in 2002 on our way from Las Vegas to California. We wanted a new setting for my wedding ring. My husband wanted to stop into New York Diamond Exchange Outlet because he suspected the prices were fantastic. The salesperson brought the owner out to help us. I found a gorgeous setting and he gave my husband a quote. We went on our way to California to look because we know several people in the jewelry business in LA. We couldnt find anything I liked nearly as well and prices were 2x as much — even with our connections. Needless to say, we purchased the setting and over the years thousands and thousands in diamond jewelry and watches. His selection of Rolex and Cartier surpass resale stores in LA too. His staff is lovely and always super accomodating when I want a piece of jewelry repaired. The prices are amazing … the best I have ever found and I do a lot of shopping!

On my way to Vegas, I love to stop at state line and hit up the outlet mall. I got a fantastic deal on a ring, the staff is courteous and knowledgable, and they even clean my jewelry for free whenever I stop in. I definitely recommend this «gem» of a store.
