Very disappointing service. I called from out of state to order flowers. They took my order and my money promising to deliver the flowers on the following business day. They did not deliver the flowers until I called a week later asking why the flowers had not been delivered. They explained that the person was not home and when they called her she explained to them when she would be home, but they had not delivered the flowers because they had not been able to get ahold of me to ask if I would still like them delivered on a different date. I was baffled by their method of doing business, ethics and poor customer service. I will not be using them again.
