Aqueous Vapor

I left my juice at home (Springfield) while visiting my brother. This is the only store in town, so I was really disappointed when everyone was crowded around some cute young girls instead of helping customers, like me. I came back later, because I didn’t have much choice, and one of the guys asked if I hadn’t just bought something. I explained the situation and the other guy was appalled. He righted the situation and I left with two bottles of Unicorn Milk, which is awesome.
And it’s called Unicorn Milk.
I like that you can try most of the flavors before you can buy them. That’s key to finding a juice you like.

I wish there was a way to give 2.5 stars as I’m not sure that my location deserves even a 3 right now. I started going to the Jefferson City location shortly after they opened. I liked the knowledge, service, the selection of devices and the variety of liquids. I was recently surprised though. I don’t go through liquids very fast and it had been maybe 3 months since I’d been there. Twice I’ve been in for liquids recently and found the staff downright condescending and rude. Almost dismissive. This surprises me because folks there used to be SO friendly, helpful and professional. I mean, we’ve gone from the guy who used to be there who taught me to wrap coils, the guy who called me when he got some wire in that I needed and the owner, who was warm and welcoming, to some guy whose attitude is well, yeah, I *guess* i can help you.
Then asked if I needed a receipt and when I said no, just turned and walked away. What happened to «Have a nice evening, thank you and please come again? I don’t care what your selection is. Customer service can make or break you. I’ll be going in again soon simply as a test case. If I get the same, then I’m done. there is another store in town now that is friendly and more than welcoming. Not as «slick.» But much more friendly and helpful.

This place is so much fun! The staff really know their stuff, especially nick! Everyone there is really helpful and they have a ton of awesome stuff. Any questions I have will definitely get answered, and if they don’t know offhand (which is super rare) they will look it up and help me out. I love it here!

The store looks nice and the people know their product but their prices are a bit on the high side, even for a B&M store. My usual brand of e-​liquid is right at double what it is on the manufacturer’s website. Obviously there needs to be a markup or they can’t make a profit, but I think double is going a bit too far.
They have a nice variety of starter kits and mods and a good selection of liquids but their prices will definitely keep me from shopping there.

Nice looking new store and friendly atmosphere. I’m not a smoker so glad to see the e-​liquids come with zero nicotine. Took some business cards to give to my smoker friends.
