Best Buy

Good place to go for having your intelligence insulted. Mom wanted a stereo receiver and decided to purchase a Denon floor model. Agreed on the price, then the salesman tells my mom in my absence they aren’t sold new with a remote. I get involved and call a time out. It’s 2015. What receiver doesn’t come with a remote. Sure enough, Internet tells us they lied so they ate crow. Guy tries to throw in a universal remote, saying that’s all we need. Talk to manager about being misled and it was obvious her standards weren’t any better. It was clear she had better things to do than to listen to customer feedback. This place needs new leadership.

Wonderful Best Buy! I definitely recommend coming to the Jefferson City location if you are looking for anything technology. The staff members are quite nice and love to help. I’m very proud to have such a Best Buy in Jeff City. All of my recent trips have been great. Highly recommended.

The staff is very helpful and can answer most questions. The store has a great selection.

First off the girl that showed me were the thumb drives were was chewing a big piece of gum and blowing bubbles while talking. This is so un-​professional.
Second what is up with the checkout lanes? said you now go to Customer Service to checkout?
There the cattle herders are confusing non of which states «checkout lane».
I am not old but felt that I was getting that way waiting to get service in checkout. Then the man that finely helped me didn’t hardly speak to me, looked like he was having a really bad day.
Lastly as I am walking out the alarm sounds because bad day guy did not run my items across the disarm-​whatever thing. There is no one by the door like used to so I head back to the service desk where 2 or three employees are waving me to just go on out the door without fixing the problem…
Is this place going under? Where is the management and good service they once boasted?

Last minute shopping and Best Buy comes through.
It’s nice to have options and Best Buy was there when we needed them.
They had everything for our printer and even an obscure part for the PC.
Good selection and great prices.
