Hampton Inn

This hotel is clean! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped with everything that you need (in room coffee service, blow dryers, TV — with remote, desk and chair).
The breakfast in the morning is great. There is a variety of proteins (eggs and some meat), as well as waffles, muffins and bagels.
This is a great hotel!

Poor service as seen through the lens of the customer. I prepaid for a one night stay. Upon coming home I found that they had billed me for the room after I left the hotel: in essence double billing me. I called the hotel to correct the issue and the service agent said that he would need to get the credit approved through the manager. He put me on hold to talk to the manager and then came back online and said «The managers says the billing will remain as is!» I explained that I had a confirmation number with prepaid paperwork, but he did not want to hear any more. I then asked to speak to the manager and he told me the manager had stepped out, but I could leave a voice message. The service agent was rude and very unsympathetic to me regarding the mistake they clearly made. I do not recommend this property.

Comfortable room and a nice, hot breakfast bar. These two are absolutely essential for an overnight stay along with a quiet setting. Having an indoor pool, an exercise room, free wi-​fi and good, well lighted parking are all pluses.
At the Hampton Inn in Jefferson City I had just what I needed PLUS one of the nicest, most friendly and helpful staffs I’ve encountered anywhere.
The property is about 15 minutes from the Capitol and all of downtown but it was easy to navigate around the city and I would recommend it as a good place to stay. It will be my hotel of choice when I’m in Jefferson City.

Nice rooms, comfy pillows and bedclothes, ok but kinda not great shower, and awesome delicious cookies waiting for you at the front desk every afternoon.
Taking away a star because the room didn’t have a fridge or a microwave.

If only they would serve decent eggs.
This is typical Hampton Inn — well run, very roomy, very comfortable. Nice thick towels, free wifi, coffee pot in room, helpful staff, etc, etc. Wakeup calls came on time.
The free breakfast was fine. But I wish they would allocate a few extra cents to provide scrambled eggs that taste like eggs. At 6:30am, when the breakfast started at 6:00, the pan of scramble eggs shouldn’t be one cold hard overcooked block.
