First of all I would like to say that I am not the type of person that ever makes reviews, good or bad. However I felt the way that Bonnie at Shays florist acted is one of the last few customer service relations Masters we have left in this city. What makes Jefferson City great is that we all feel like we know each other and Bonnie from Shays just made me feel like I met a new cousin.
