CHANGE THE TIMES POSTED ON YOUR WEBSITE!!!
It’s 9:15pm. Drove over here because I needed an ice cream cake & online it states your open until 10:00!!!
Not to mention, this Carvel is run by high school kids, normally rude.

My husband and I were in the store the other day and witnessed a very unpleasant interaction with the owner and another customer. She wanted to use a coupon and he was so rude and gave her such a hard time about it. That’s not the way to do business. He was just so unprofessional that not only did he lose her as a customer, but my husband and I will never go in there again either. With so many other places to go for ice cream these days… we’ll take our business somewhere else, somewhere where the customers are respected.

I literally walked out with my brain hurting. At first I ordered 2 scoops of cookies n cream on a sugar cone… As the girl scooped the ice cream I saw what I thought was salted caramel but it was really Mississippi Mud so I asked her to do 1 scoop of CC and 1 scoop of MM. She was utterly confused by my request and ended up giving me the smallest scoop of Mississippi mud that it actually fell inside the cone. Guess they have different ppl working in the winter than the summer…
