Cross Townfloors

We started our business with Crosstown floors in December of 2014 wanting to remodel two bathrooms. We just finished one on March 5 2015. They only have one tile person named Tom that works as a contractor whenever he feels like it. Tough thing to find out when you are working with a bank to refinance with a 60 day deadline to finish work. But don’t you dare ask Crosstown to understand because the worst customer service experience awaits you.
Amy that works there will be rude to you, scold you and tell you how you will accept her ignorance. My wife put up with her but I don’t feel like getting scolded by Amy when I’m spending Thousands of dollars. So I recommend you run away from this Business. Owner Steve got us in the door but Amy thinks you work for her.
We are fortunate to find another contractor Hope we don’t lose any money refinancing but Amy, you are a jerk!
