Horrible experience. Had to have them remake my coffee three times. Asked for an iced, they gave me a hot. Also tasted watered down. Tried to use my promo and they didn’t apply to my perks card and wouldn’t refund me. Very unprofessional compared to the other Dunkin donuts in the general area. Will never go here again!

This Dunkin Donuts was awful! My experience began with the kid behind the counter, who was very out of it and seemed off the entire time. This lead to being charged twice for a meal that we wanted one of. A meal that was completely overpriced in the first place. Next, we waited for our order which was incorrect. However, the reason I am writing the review today is not because of a lackluster kid, prices, or incorrect orders(although these are all unacceptable), it is because of the absolutely rude service at the pick-up counter. Absolute attitude when given our order and he literally snapped at another member of our party as he threw the food down. This behavior is inexcusable and should be rectified.

Absolutely the worst of this Franchise. Was there today, the kid behind the counter was obviously VERY high on drugs, confused, lazy and more interested in slipping his phone number to the girl getting her latte than taking care of the 4 other people on line. Myself and the 3 others on line finally gave up and walked out. Will NEVER frequent this place again!!!

Always go in there with my hopes up and they always let me down. From a medium latte that is all foam to a coffee with caramel and skim that turns out to be a hazel nut coffee with no sugar. The only thing they have going is the drive thru. That’s why they get one star.

Stopped at the Drive-Thru last Thursday morning(this is the one close to the Shell Station) for coffee. There were two guys working the window. I asked for my regular black coffee with cream and sugar on the side – no problem, except they did not give me a stirrer. I didn’t notice until I pulled away but I would expect at least that from someone who is in the coffee dispensing business. Also, I paid with cash and waited for my change only to have the window shut at me as a clear indication to forget about it and drive away. Extremely rude and incompetent staff at this location. Beware and pay with a credit card if you don’t want to contribute to their pocket change.

The morning drive-thru is pretty quick. During the day — the drive-thru can take forever. Some staff members are great — others have a bit of an attitude. They have messed up my order a few times — when I’ve only ordered donuts and coffee — pretty basic stuff. They don’t work well under pressure. One Sunday ten of us were all waiting for our orders because they aren’t that efficient when crowded. Someone on the drive-thru line was waiting over ten minutes. If another DD was nearby– I would go elsewhere.
