A few years ago I would have given this KFC five stars but since the one in Commerce GA closed, this one in Jefferson has gone downhill. The drive thru is slow for starters. Tonight we had chicken liver dinners to go. We went inside to order. They were obviously left over from lunch-​hard, broken into crumbly pieces, just not good. Last week they did not once again have what we wanted to order. With Bojangles across the street, you would think the food would have gotten better-​not worse.

Food has been good each time I ate here which is not very many times. Only complaint is that each time I come the tables are messy making it hard to get a spot to sit. Food and customer service are great though, never messed up my order, never made me wait long.
