Overall, I’m content with Allstate, their prices, their ability to handle claims in a good manner, and the pricing I receive (as happy as one could be for paying thousands and having only one minor claim in the past decade)
This particular office isn’t what I think of when it comes to Allstate customer care. My agent here has repeatedly dropped the ball on promises on researching discounts for me, reviewing my emails, and returning my phone calls. Consider the agent on 10th street… he may be of better customer service.
