I am updating again. No reply from this company from installing a float switch on my heater when #1 it wasn’t needed, #2 then went bad and caused my heater not to kick on, #3 then was told by their Supervisor Danny that was I sure someone else didn’t install it, #4 left a message for his boss Rich to follow up who lied, #5 filed a complaint on here over a month ago, #6 was told 100 percent satisfaction. Still not resolved. Please everyone, think twice about using this company. They lie, don’t do their jobs, and are not committed to satisfaction for the customer. This should have been resolved when I first called the company. Instead I was given the run around, and continue to be given the run around. Patricia Gilmore who supposedly handles complaints has only emails every couple of weeks with a story in her mind that has never been asked of me what happened but takes her employees stories and lies. I have told them I intend to call the Better Business Bureau… and now this is my next step. It’s really sad. This also won’t let you post til you give a star. There should be a choice to not give one at all.
