Nice selection but not the great deals I would expect.

Coach really knows how to keep customers happy and coming back for more !

Honestly, I don’t like Coach products very much. I especially don’t like how they now try to scream that they are from Coach (or the guy in the New York subway).
I’ve felt awkward in malls checking out their stuff (since I was seriously in the market for a bag) so this store had a friendlier atmosphere. I’m not going to pay $ 300 for a bag. Some of the bags in the factory store were much more affordable and the day I went (a few days after Christmas) they were doing an additional 50% off everything. Nice! I still walked out without a purchase, but I would recommend the store.

Good customer service. Plus I got a really good deal on something that I’ve been looking for over the past year and a half… a piece that retails for $ 58, $ 48 at the outlet, then half off, and then there was an additional 20% off… total with tax was $ 20 and change. The best deal I’ve had in a while!
Stuff ranges from about $ 20 to just under $ 300. If you’re willing to settle on things, you can find great deals. Just realize it’s not going to be the same stuff thats in the retail store right now…

Hi my name is Amy and I’m a COACH addict.
I have a serious addiction. At last count, I had 42 purses, wallets, belts, shoes, keychains, scarves, wristlets, hats, gloves, daily planner, contact lens case, and a collar for my dog. It was this collar that actually brought me to work for COACH (the one up at Easton —). After stopping by with the pup in question to find the right size, the manager offered me a seasonal position for the holidays. I couldn’t pass up that discount!
Even though I took full advantage of my discount at the Easton location, I REALLY liked to come down here to the outlet store and basically resign over my paycheck to COACH. The staff was always so friendly and I could find pretty much everything that I wanted for myself and my family (who all got COACH products for Christmas that year). I had been looking for a briefcase that wasn’t so, well, masculine, and I found exactly what I was looking for here. In white leather. I carried it today. My favorite black elbow bag? Found here as well.
The outlet store gets its products 2 ways:
1) Items from the regular store that didn’t sell by the time the stock turned over.
2) Items made specifically for the outlet store. You can tell these by looking at the inside leather placard. If there is a circle embossed on it, it was made for direct to outlet.
If you like COACH, you’ll love this store! I always find something I like here and its the same quality that you’ll find in the regular store for quite a bit cheaper! And sometimes, if you pick the right day, they have additional discounts. On Thursday, that was an additional 20% off the price. I almost had a relapse…
