Contacted for an estimate, made appointment to have the storm damage assessed that week. They came out on schedule and viewed the damage. But, now over two weeks later there is still no contact or followup. Multiple voicemails have been left unreturned.
I previously had good experience with the company performing roof repair, but they must have changed over the last several years. Disappointed.

I had my roof, 8 windows, garage doors, and siding on the whole house replaced after a major hail storm. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. They did the repairs in a very timely manner and did an excellent job of cleaning up as they worked. Michael Branham was my contact and I am extremely happy with the attention I received.

This is a poor excuse of a company! Worst Experience ever! Jeff’s won the business for most of the houses in my J-​town neighborhood after the 2012 hail Storm. Over 7 months later they have about 10 very very unhappy customers. They tell you whatever you want to hear to get your money upfront and DON’T complete the work. I’ve heard this is common practice for them over the past 5 years. BAD BAD experience, you’ve been warned stay away!
