Better tasting food than most. What happen to customer service? I walk to the counter. No hello. No how are you. Just a blank stare. I order my food for there. I’m handed a bag and no tray. Had a coffee and never asked did I want cream or sugar. I clearly won’t spend any more money at this location.

If I could give no stars I would! I have NEVER been treated as rudely as the manager of this McD’s treated me! It started with a line to the doors of lunch rush customers with only one cashier. Ketchup was empty and all the teas except the diet which was filled with unsweetened. Other McD’s have Diet sweetened with splendid and it was marked Diet. I asked for a REFILL because they were empty and the cashier said it would be full charge! SERIOUSLY!!! I asked for the manager and she repeated what the cashier said another full charge for a REFILL!!! I said I am not going to pay full price for another tea and the MANAGER proceeded to Walk off, rolling her eyes and shaking her head. This was in front of 5 employees. Great example Teresa!!!

Ok I know this is McDonalds but still I have expectations for the mega fast food chain. This location used to be super clean and nice with very friendly staff and super fast service. However, now the staff seems like they don’t have a clue what is going on, there seems to always be something sticky in the dining room, and the double drive through is twice as slow. The«voice» always seems like they are less than thrilled to be taking your order and kitchen staff must have poor eyesight since most things come out really sloppy and the fries taste like the fryer oil hasn’t been changed since Obama took office(budget cuts?). Overall it seems clear that no part of the staff really cares about customer service or if they are they are not trained well enough to be effective.

Its hit or miss with this place. I always stop by here on my way to work to get a sweet tea. My dirty little secret. Lol. Sometimes you get friendly customer service, other times you do not. Doesn’t even matter if they are crowded or not. Secondly, I swear I don’t think a single person here knows how to put a lid on the tea glasses or how to not over fill the glasses. Seriously, how hard can it be to not overfill and to put the lid on right?!

For a McDonald’s, this gets 4 stars. It’s not the typical McDonald’s style — it has been renovated and has comfortable seating areas. You can enjoy free Internet access and clean restrooms.
