Rude and not understanding. There was construction and it was holiday. I was ten minutes late and I could not find the place. Tried calling them and they did not answer the phone and when I finally found it I was ten minutes late and they would not see me. It took me over 2 months get the appt I was not going to wait another 2 months.

The business is super cute and the young girl who did my pedicure was very sweet, but the results certainly weren’t worth the cost. My toe is super sore where she filed my skin and my polish is amateur at best(which I didn’t notice until I got outside, the lighting isn’t very bright upstairs). I used a Groupon to try the place out, won’t be going back.

The Salon is a gem in the heart of Jeffersonville– just a hop, skip or jump across the bridge. Owned and operated by two sisters– The Salon offers waxing, manicures, pedicures and hair services. I bought a Groupon for a pedicure and I am so glad I did. I was greeted by name with a smile and directed upstairs to the nail area. The massage chair was nice and the selection of polishes — fantastic. I didn’t feel rushed at all. They really took their time to make sure I had a relaxing experience. My toes still look great! I will be back for sure.

Would love to say that the atmosphere was great along with the service, however I can’t even get an appointment! They say you can make an appointment online, tried that a week ago with no response. I even called them twice during the week and got a machine both times. When they finally returned my call the date I wanted to make an appointment for(2 weeks in advance) was not available. Bull! I have eaten across the street for lunch and that place is never packed. So disappointed. No wonder they are using groupon to advertise, you can’t get repeat business when you don’t take of the customer on the front end!

Very friendly environment. But can’t get over how upset I am with my outcome. I have never had acrylics this bad.ever. She blamed it on my bad cuticles and nail biting habit, And I was refused a refund, never seen that from a salon either. She did offer a redo of the service, but who would want to have the same shoddy work repeated by the same person? Really disappointed, because she was so nice. I felt so cheated, considering I could have gotten better job done for a lot cheaper at walmart
