Two very disappointed thumbs down! I have never experienced such awful customer service! For the «manager» to have sarcastic comments to a customer is so disrespectful ! This store claims to participate in the tanger breast cancer promotion but they will refuse to take said coupon because the store already has a sale going on. As a huge breast cancer supporter this really bothers me! They are using this charity to make the store look good but really they have no intention of upholding their end And when questioned the staff will be nasty and rude.
I will add that I spent my money at the coach store. Sale price with 40% off then 50% entire purchase ALONG WITH 25% OFF BREAST CANCER coupon! That’s how you keep customers, Wilson’s maybe you should take notes from Coach!
