Extremely rude personnel consistent with that of the owner. Received arrangement last week not even remotely representative of it’s cost, not to mention the brown spots on the leaves and the fact that petals began falling within an hour of delivery. I immediately left a message relaying my dissatisfaction and had to call again because I received no return call. I asked that the flowers be picked up and that my account be credited for the full amount. The flowers were picked up within the hour and a week later, my account is still not credited… When I called yet again to speak with the owner, my call was returned by another sales associate who was rude and indignant and hung up on me… Would obviously never recommend. If the option was available, I would have given a no star rating.

This florist rose like cream to the top of my online research. I was looking for a florist local to the recipient to deliver a ‘Congratulations!’ arrangement to celebrate an new job. It was important to me that the florist be local to the recipient, independent, have a long business history and a number of positive reviews.
Foxs Flowers met all the criteria and delivered a beautiful arrangement to the family. I ordered directly from the web site and was happy with the sample pictures, prices, selection, easy ordering process and the prompt and detailed confirmation e-​mail.
I had one small bit of anxiety after placing the order. That is the web site is operated by Tele-​Flora. There is a business model in the flower industry called ‘order gathering’. When you call one of the national 800 numbers that company takes a significant cut of the order and may even pass it on to another company before whatever is left of what you paid finally reaches the local florist that will fill and deliver the order. There are horror stories out there. That doesn’t look like the case here. Small local florists probably don’t have the time, desire or experience to design and operate a web site, so they source that out.
The key is to order directly from the web site of the florist you choose, based on location, reviews, pics, etc. The excellent Unilocal reviews and pics made this decision easy. I knew my money was going into the arrangement and not into the pockets of a national corporate order gathering middleman.
I’m very happy with this experience. The flowers were delivered on time and the recipient texted saying they looked great. Foxs Flowers delivered good value for the money and excellent service. I would order from them again with confidence. I will also place all future orders directly by web or phone with a local florist in the delivery area.

I ordered a «deluxe» in vase flower arrangement, and was very disappointed. I know they can substitute, but they included dead, browned leaves on the bottom — underneath the flowers. Won’t use again.

I had a very pleasant experience with Fox’s today. A special someone sent me a beautiful arrangement to my apt, but I was not home. They called me to check and make sure it was ok with me to leave it with the doorman instead of just dumping it and leaving.
The flowers were packaged neatly and no flowers were damaged or broken when I unwrapped the arrangement. Very pleased with the service and the quality of product. Would recommend.

Fox’s Flowers is your good ol’ hometown florist shop. Located in the small borough of Jenkintown, Fox’s dates back to the early 1900’s as jenkitows shop of choice! I had my wedding done by them a few years ago, as did ALL SIX of my sisters. Reasonably priced and lovely without all the «say yes to the dress» kind of drama. Fox’s is family owned and operated and really cares to make your event wonderful!
