Dr. O was fantastic. Once she left it wasn’t long before we did. The way we were spoken to was condescending and rude. One of the nurses gave my son a shot and wobbled the needle because she needed to take a step while she was injecting him. Shots are traumatic enough for infants, no need to make it more so.
