Recently came here for a rainy afternoon date with my boyfriend! It was great! I highly recommend this place! Great for family! Great for a date!
I like that they charge a flat sitting fee, rather than timing you for the amount of time you are there (as other places often do). They had a fun selection of pottery to choose from and the staff was super helpful. I would absolutely go back!

We’ve been to Mine By Design several times and always enjoy ourselves. The place is nicely organized, the owner and assistance are helpful, and we really enjoy the pieces we painted. Next, planning on a birthday party there. They have a whole separate area for parties … will update. This place is great for kids and adults. Checks their website, certain days have specific offers (2 or 1, etc.)

My family and I visited MBD on Mother’s Day for their brunch event and we were blown away with how much care was taken by the studio to create the perfect day for Moms! My Mom in particular was excited to go, but lacking in her confidence to create a great work of art. Every member of the staff was attentive to each customer’s needs and offered ideas and encouragement, as well as instruction which resulted in all 4 of us creating a project we were proud of.
Since that day we’ve all been back to visit multiple times. There are so many possible projects available at Mine by Design! I don’t see any reason why we would spend any time at studios where «paint your own pottery» is the only option now that we have MBD.
