I went in today for a repair on my eyeglasses which I had broken last night. The sales associate was friendly, professional and quite fast. I was completely satisfied. To top it off, there is no charge for repairs. I was able to donate to a vision related charity. Highly recommend this store for your eyewear needs!

My appointment was fast and easy without needing to be blinded half to death. The girls there were helpful and courteous as I am a rather indecisive human being. They even stayed open for me to come and finish out my order due to indecisiveness, and believe me they have a great selection.
But the main champ of the hour is TONY. I’m not sure if he’s just the main guy behind the phone but I called in a week after my order (I know VSP takes two but I was just curious) to check on the status. He said they weren’t in yet but they’ll call once they’re in. An hour later I get a call from him saying that he called VSP to check about my order and that they’ll most likely get them in today. He rocks. He went above and beyond for a customer and he deserve the key to the pearle vision gates.

I am such a happy customer! Dr. Groetzinger was very flexible, accommodating, and kind (despite the fact that I was almost 10 minutes late). Zuleika, my eyecare consultant was incredibly pleasant and helpful with the whole process. The entire staff and customer service here is top notch!
