We had a HORRIBLE experience with this company at our wedding — the booth did not work properly, and because of this, very few of our guests were able to get a picture let alone, get a photo booth strip (no one got these)… when we approached the company about this, and after A LOT of back and forth — they only offered a portion of what we paid as a refund. Basically, if you are looking for a company that is actually responsible and professional about how they approach their business and their customers to ensure that they receive what is expected — I would NOT recommend this company. The night was a complete BUST and, most of us, only do this once… so it’s not anything that can ever be «fixed» for the next time… I would say — look elsewhere for this service!

The photo booth attendant screwed up at our wedding and many of our guests did not receive a single photo let alone the unlimited photo strips with the customized logo we paid extra an extra $ 250 for. After the fact, management was unwilling to compensate us at all for this mistake and at times were downright rude. Groupon or not, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The Ilove Team did a wonderful job at my wedding! Got a Groupon and so happy we did, several of our guests told us how much fun they had. Only days later they emailed us a link of all our pictures! Great customer service and the pictures were wonderful!
