On a brand new laptop, to set up security and ensure it had the most updated software, I was charged almost $ 700– twice the amount the computer cost. Then when I requested an explanation, I never heard back. I believe I was ripped off. And Be careful! A remote viewer is installed on your computer by this company so they can update your security remotely any time they want. That also gives them access to everything on your computer.
