Absolutely THE best food ever! Had their Moroccan bean and squash soup. While I’m not vegan, I could ear vegan with food like this. Their smoked salmon Club was delicious too. Definitely a place to return to.

Friendly staff, good food, perfect stop to rest and grab a bite while exploring the beautiful coast. Burger and fries were awesome. Also had the banana cake which was super moist.

We drove through Jenner on our weekend getaway and saw this cute place in our search for breakfast. It’s nothing fancy but our breakfasts were amazing. I got the open faced bagel with sunny side up add and added some fresh crab to it as well, and it was amazing. My husband got the brioche egg sandwich and he said that overall it was very good and he loved the house made buttery bun. Great expresso and coffee, too. I’m grabbing a second cup for the road. Service was great. Don’t let the fact that you have to go up to the counter to order your food fool you about how great the food is. The place is low key but it’s just what we were looking for. I also enjoyed their music they were playing inside, very soothing as well. Relaxing place that you don’t feel rushed. I would definitely come here again. Great job to the staff.

Food: decent Ambiance: good — airy café space and cute den area with a real fireplace Service: could not have been worse. The server was exceptionally rude, yelling at us when delivering our food and saying we were disrupting his ‘flow’. They told us they were out of French fries after we had ordered and paid for them, and when we expressed disappointment he said, «welcome to the restaurant industry.» He then asked where we were from, and when we responded(LA), he turned his back to us while saying«yeah I could tell.» Granted, we were a large group(15 people), but were relaxed and ready to have an enjoyable meal. From the beginning the server seemed intent on being irritable and unwelcoming. I honestly have never had a more unwarranted unpleasant experience with a server. Our whole group left upset — our ‘flow’ was disrupted, to say the least. i

Had the pleasure of an unplanned getaway on a friday night. We were able to stay at the Jenner Inn and they accommodated our two small dogs also. We were upgraded to the tree house. It is a charming little cabin, with a nice queen bed, little sofa, fireplace, eating table, kitchen with sink fridge and microwave. The toilet in a separate room and large tiled shower with a skylight. The shower was very cool. Wine glasses, coffee maker and basic utencils provided. Really quaint furniture and décor. Bed was cozy, fireplace was ready to be lit. Also a cute little deck to sit on and see the ocean. Just a few things that might have made it a 5 star. The carpet was stained and a replacement could have helped. The front door could have been painted, kind of peeling, though i realize the salt air make these things difficult. But I loved it in all its funky charm. There are beautiful grounds to walk around, and the ocean is right across the highway! Yes I would go back and hope I can soon. Had breakfast the next morning at the Café. Excellent coffee and really delicious crêpe’s with asparagus, mushroom, cheese, and egg on top. Served with potatoes that were amazing. How do they do them? Super nice people a 5 star breakfast. I also want to say that everyone that helped us were extremely nice.

Best breakfast I have ever had. I had a crêpe. Amazing. It came with these potato things that were so good. Even the banana was artistically presented.

The dinning room looks to be out of Dwell magazine. Esthetically a delight. Food was so good. Everything farmers market fresh, homemade breads, served hot and just spot on delicious. People were friendly and warm.

Great location and food. It’s right across from the water with big windows to enjoy the view. Décor is modern with communal and individual tables. We had breakfast, crepes, eggs, potatoes. All were excellent. I had the gluten-free crêpe with smoked local salmon, cream cheese and arugula. Highly recommended.

All the food here is delicious and organic! They grow their own food in the garden behind the place. We had breakfast which included eggs potatoes crepes and a salmon sandwich. Best tomatoes I’ve ever had! Potatoes are seasoned perfectly and everything tasted fresh! They also have many lose leafed teas to choose from. We ordered the lavender lemonade. So good! Robert our server was very sweet and ontop of everything. Super nice guy. Overall I would recommend this place.

Great place to get breakfast. I stopped in famished and was delighted to find that the food is delicious. You order and pick up from the counter. I had an Americano that was just right. I had a Goat Rock crêpe, which I assume is named for Goat Rock just down US1. It had bacon and cheddar inside and an egg over easy on top. On the side were potatoes. You sit at big communal wood tables overlooking US1. Someone here gas a green thumb as you will find pretty floral arrangements inside and nice plants outside.

Wow, breakfast is awesome. we were just passing by and hit the jackpot. Newly re-opened in the last few weeks. Crepes are super, and the do gluten free as well. My daughter has celiac disease and they were very careful and made sure that is was safe for her. She said it was great. The smoke salmon was great. My better half wants me to mention the potatoes, hot and very delicious. Made from baby potatoes, the tri-colored ones, really creamy and well seasoned. And the lattes, really good, my barista daughter was impressed.

Honestly the worst service we’ve ever had. We had spent the afternoon abalone diving and thought this looked like a fun place to stop. We walked in and no one was there to seat us for a few minutes until we were finally told by someone in the back to sit where ever we would like. We sat for a while until someone even said hi or brought us water. After about 15 more minutes of waiting someone came over and said«we actually ran out of food» What??? at a restaurant? They refused to serve us anything even a salad and then finally said««I guess we could scrounge up some soup.» They brought out what was LITERALLY the last scraps of soup in a little shallow bowl and(after we asked) some mix matched bread pieces and a plate of olive oil. We were NEVER asked if we wanted to order drinks or how we were doing. When they brought the bill they charged us for two«full» bowls of soup… not even cups! Everything they did made us feel so uncomfortable and like we were inconveniencing them. Yes we paid(and tipped) because we didn’t want to be rude… But we definitely would not suggest going there which is unfortunate because it has the potential to be a really cool place. Hopefully others have a better experience.

We stopped off for breakfast at Jenner Inn on a lazy Sunday. We sat a nice table and ordered a nice eggs and toast breakfast plate for $ 10. Everything was delish. The potatoes were cooked perfectly. The toast was thick and tasty. Coffees were refilled in a timely manner and the staff was attentive and helpful.

Worst service ever. Worst waiter ever. If you have 12 hours, love mediocre service, and extremely rude and incompetent waiters, this is the place for you. I live in the RR and this should be skipped! Every place else is better.

Just happened upon the Jenner Inn Restaurant while on a lazy day wandering along Hwy. 1. We had a surprising ly wonderful meal there. The wait staff told us that they had a new chef who had formerlly been with Simi. Two of us had a petrale sole with a lemon — caper butter sauce served with a wild//brown rice pilaf and a mélange of summer vegetables. The sole and the vegetables were truly outstanding. The rice waspretty good. One of us had a sliced lamb served over the same mélange of summer vegetables along with roasted new potatoes — also a great dish. One person loved the caesar salad — very good garlic/anchovy flavor. Servings were generous. There were 2 inexpensive entrees($ 15and $ 10) while most were in the $ 22 — $ 28 range. The menu offered about 10 entrees. The wait staff was not what I would call polished but they were friendly and did a pretty good job. Would definitelly eat here again. The dining room is lovely and I would say romantic. Did not visit the bar(wine and beer only at this time) but it looked inviting
