Dillard’s Treasure Coast Square

I won’t set another foot in this store which is a shame because they have a great MAC counter. Went today to return an item. Had to struggle in the door with a stroller as 2 associates chatted and watched me come through 2 sets of doors. Get to the department to return item and another 2 associates standing chatting, make eye contact, let me stand at the register for a few minutes until they were done and then one stroppy little old man comes to ask if I’m being helped. I said clearly not and he proceeded to bang around the computer and roll his eyes around before issuing me a receipt to take upstairs to wait yet again for somebody to give me a refund. I realize they aren’t hiring from the Ivy League and are geared towards an older, slower market but the service is bad. Dullards.

They have Betsey Johnson jewelry and it’s not picked over like every other department store that carries it. The people who work here are super nice and I think are really happy when they see someone helping the economy.
Score for one Betsey ring and a cute pair of earrings that everyone loves for $ 10 on clearance. Yay.

One of my favorite stores in the mall. The deals are great and i find the employees to be very kind and welcoming.
