I enjoy going shopping here for my grandsons. They have such a great selection, everything is clean and neat. the prices are awesome and affordable. You can bring your slightly used item there and sell them.

I have started buying all of my children’s clothes here. They have a great selection with decent prices. Their clothes are clean, no stains, holes, etc. I’ve not tried selling anything yet, so I can’t review on that experience, however the shopping part is great!

What an amazing find! What a great way to have beautiful things for your children and bonus to do it on a budget. You can find absolutely everything here and often times barely used. I will be returning here often!

Tried to sell and it was an infuriating experience. I brought in 2 bags of clean, unstained, high quality kids clothing. Some items were designer brands, some new with tags. Also several pairs of shoes, a bumbo, a booster seat, a prince lion heart chair with tray, and a bouncer/reclining chair for an infant. They took, from all of this, 4 pairs of shoes. And gave me $ 3.80 for it. They suggested I take all the clothing home, relaunder it, fold it, and bring it back for them to a «reconsider». I should relaunder new with tags items? The store was 100% being run by teenagers, and I watched as they didn’t even look at 50% of the clothing I brought in. Goodwill just got a really nice donation from me. Won’t ever go back to Once Upon a Child for anything.

I was looking forward to selling some of my gently used items, only to find that they didn’t accept 75% of the stuff I brought. And we waited an hour only to find this out! I had brought a gently used swing, a baby gate still in a box, a gently used bathtub, some other baby items that were not even used and clothing with tags on them. They also had items that were marked up really high for used items. For example, a Sit n Stand stroller for $ 150 that I had similar and had bought new for $ 125. I also discovered a closet that was open full of items that were just sitting there in bins! I ended up getting $ 13.50 for clothing and used the credit on a toy my kid found for $ 7.50. So I basically waited an hour for about $ 5 and some change, and to be told none of my items were acceptable. I only wished if they could have just took a few minutes in the beginning and assessed what I had before making me wait, it would have saved me time in waiting for nothing. I ended up just donating it to Goodwill. Overall, I was very disappointed in the experience and don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I was totally surprised when I walk into this place, it’s huge! They even have a play area for your kid. I bought some clothes a few shoes & only 2 toys because the toys area is so overwhelming. Best consignment shop in town!

I was so excited about this store opening near me. I went to the grand opening event. I thought some things were overpriced. Unfortunately, I went back today and had a horrible experience. I counted 11 employees behind the counter checking in things the store had purchased. There was only 1 employee actually ringing purchasing clients and about 8 customers in line. After waiting almost 10 minutes, I asked if it would be possible to open another register. The employee, named Danielle, rolled her eyes at me and said there is another register open that is cash only. The store has 4 registers and only 1 credit card machine to share. A few customers went to the cash only line. Nobody knew this line existed until I said something. The wait was really long. When my turn arrived, I asked if all the pieces were there for the magnetic doll set I was purchasing. The cashier was quick to snap that toys are sold as is. I explained that was not by question. Are the pieces counted prior to wrapping in plastic. She had no clue. Susanne then came over. I requested to count the pieces, especially since there is a no return policy. Both women were very rude and made me feel stupid for asking. I made a comment that more employees should help customers check out instead of doing busy work. I asked to speak to a manager and Susanne informed me that she was the owner. Obviously she was fine with the way things were being ran. I handed my debit card and then request a receipt and told them I would never be back. I waited and never got a receipt. They started checking the person out behind me. Save your time and go anywhere else. Ross, Marshalls and other discount stores have better prices on new stuff anyway. So disappointing.
