This practice is a joke between the staff and office manager it is a circus. They do not tell you if you have to move your appointmtent or for a dumb reason put it in your digital calendar that they have a no show fee of $ 35.00. If I understand correctly any Doctor or Dentist has to disclose this before or upon making an appointment. And if you have to reschedule they stalk you there is no reasoning with them. My daughter had to switch dentists because of insurance and had exrays recntly like one month previously and she only had a hand full of cavities left to fill but Dr Munter said she had 3 root canals in the front to be done as well. How does that change in 30 days. There is no way and I also consulted her former Dentist and he said he was trying to do more work and there was no way she needed root canals. He was hosing us for more work to bill the insurance company. I do not recommend anyone new going there. Unprofessional, not organized, mean and demeaning to people. I do not recommend this practice at all. They are a JOKE…
