As a New Yorker I’ve tried a lot of pizza and this place is THE best. Never found a better plain slice anywhere else. Decent chicken parmesan, and great garlic knots. Also a fan of the chicken rolls, but not the marinara that comes with them. But for a classic couple of slices, this is the spot.

Love this place. Eat there all the time. Looking for a healthy meal, their Grilled Salmon is great.

Mediocre-average Pizza(on LI?!?) and way creepy male employees. While the usual chicken rolls and such are fine, their idea of a veggie slice is a frozen carrots/broccoli/cauliflower mix on a cheese slice. Like what is that. And the behavior of guys behind the counter is supremely inappropriate towards women. Gross.

To me the pizza is horrible. Hate even walking into this place because the guys in there constantly have something to say to make me feel very uncomfortable. Commented on my outfit and my looks. Very inappropriate.

Great pizza, great service. Their soups are always good. The pizza is great but I haven’t had many experiences with the hot foods. Definitely great if you just want a few quick slices and a drink.

My go to Italian place. Always get the eggplant parm which is amazing. The portions are huge and the food is always consistently good unlike other Italian places in the area. Only giving it 4 stars due to the décor. The place can use a facelift lol.

Clean store. Welcoming owner and service. Good for a quick slice, but not the paradigm of pizza.

Picked up a couple of pies, positive surprise. Even reheated, my kid mentioned it was good.

In a busy little strip mall west of Kohl’s on Jericho Turnpike. Standard, Long Island birthday party pizza. Neat and clean store with plenty of seating and a nice neutral décor. But just pedestrian… go for it if you are passing by, but certainly not a destination.

Yes, the pizza is good but not great; adequate is a better word. But get away from the pizza and into the main dishes and you’ll be really surprised how good the food is! The Chicken Della Mama is a tasty dish: chicken cutlets sautéed(no breading) with carrots and zucchini in a light tomato sauce. Delish! Try the ravioli(without the melted mozzarella on top); a great dinner entrée. The chicken parm is very good, and the lasagna(although a little heavy) has a good bolognese sauce. Their tricolor salad is enough for two and a good start. Get past the pizza and see what this little gem has to offer. Overall a great staff — Alex and Marissa in particular– and a good choice for a moderately priced dinner.

Solid little pizza joint that I had been meaning to try for awhile. Normally I hit the bagel place in the strip retail plaza that this pizza restaurant is located in; however, on this particular day the bagel place was closed. Whenever i leave East Hampton I stop near this strip plaza to put gas in the rental car at the Hess station located nearby. Then i drive to the strip plaza for a bite to eat before heading on to La Guardia about 45 minutes East of here. I knew Mamma Felicia was a sold choice when I stepped inside and saw the place was crowded with the lunch hour crowd. You order from the counter and by the time you pay for your order at the register(given that there is a line) your pizza slices will be ready. I noticed some typical slices behind the glass like pepperoni, margarita, cheese, buffalo chicken, Sicilian/square /thick and some odd looking choices like baked ziti, and eggplant parmesan, chicken parmesan et al. You can also get pasta dishes and salads if pizza is not your thing. Not expensive and slices are very good. Perhaps deserves 3.5 star, but i am sure I can give four strs with repeat /more future visits.

Local casual pizza place that’s good for a quick slice. Nice interior/seating for a casual place though. They have a nice variety of choices(we had to be annoying and ask the server to tell us what each slice was Lol). We went with the BBQ + Buffalo slice– loved the BBQ, but buffalo was too spicy for me. Not my favorite pizza spot but definitely convenient and worth trying for lunch or a quick dinner.

I give 2 stars for mediocre and convenient pizza. The other missing stars is due to the fact that they have poor customer service when they get busy. They are short with you. Food takes forever to come out, both dining and take out. I called once for delivery and told me it would be an hour and a half for a pie. I live pretty close by but I figured ok, not longer than that though right? He says to me, do you want it or not? I can’t guarantee the hour and a half! My thought: why say hour and a half then? I proceed to do pickup and apparently it was ready in 15 minutes. Rude all around. Dining, takeout, delivery. Truthfully: I still go there if I need to because of locations, but finatico down the street is wayyyyyyy better.

Small pizza place that gets really busy for lunch. I had a veggie slice and was attended by a pizza maker that was not pleasant at all. The slice was okay but the way it was served to me was slammed in front of me veggies flying all over no exchange of words but«what to drink». Well this is one pizza shop I will not be recommending or returning to due to not great pizza an absolutely horrible customer service.

I’ve been going to this pizzeria for a very long time. I even frequented during the previous ownership. Their prices are decent but I can only speak of small items like regular pizza, wheels, salads etc. I like their Greek salad. I don’t care much for their Caesar dressing. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. You don’t have to wait long. I’ve gotten free pepperoni wheels«just because.» Prices are good. Great place to stop in for a quick meal.

This is a small pizzeria in a strip mall. I stopped in because I was shopping a Kohl’s next door and got hungry. There were four employees on duty covering the lunch crowd. There were a few people ahead of me when I arrived but the line moved fast. The prices are average and the place is on the small side with enough room for adequate seating. Whenever I go to a pizzeria I always just try the plain slice first to determine whether or not I am willing to try anything more complex. More often than not when a restaurant can’t get a regular slice right they really ain’t good at much else either haha The slice was decent in size. A little light on the sauce but the quality of the cheese was good and it was not overly greasy. The slice stood firmly when I picked it up to eat it and wasn’t soggy at all. It was just the right amount of crispiness. All of the flavors combined were good but nothing to write home about really. It’s not the best slice I have ever had but I would definitely consider it an option when thinking of pizza in the area. The menu is pretty basic as well but they do have a few interesting options. The restaurant isn’t fancy but it’s neat, clean, and has ample space between tables so it does not feel cluttered. Other tips: $ 10 minumum to use credit card. $ 10 minumum for delivery.

The pizza is good. No denying that! And their Sicilian is delish! The reason why I’m taking two stars off of my review is because of the employees! The men who work there are the biggest creeps! I go in there and one man comes over to me every time I’m in there asking to take me out after I get out of work. I get my hair done in that strip mall, and the girl who works there says that they kiss her hand! GROSS! Have some manners and stop harassing your customers. It’s extremely uncomfortable!

I’ve been going to Mama Felicia for years for their pizza, it’s one of my favorites in the area. So this review is my first opportunity to review the restaurant-side of Mama’s. So it’s Saturday night and my wife and I decide to swing by for a nice sit down Italian dinner. Disappointing. We walked in to a serenade on the Muzak of the theme from The Godfather. Interesting. Sadly aside from the musical serenade the Italian feel is missing from Mama Felicia’s. The walls are painted neutral and the wall decorations are limited to stale pasta creations. When we arrived at 8:00 on a Saturday night the restaurant was fairly empty, there were two other couples having dinner at the time. The waitress brought us menus fast and took our drink order. Paper menus, nothing fancy here. My wife ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana with penne pasta($ 13.75) and I ordered the Shrimp Fra Diavolo with spaghetti($ 16.75). We were both pretty hungry and were hoping for a bread basket to come out of the kitchen. Sorry, no bread baskets at Mama Felicia’s The Eggplant Parmigiana was overdone and was very mushy. I asked my wife what she thought of the dish and she just looked at me and handed my a fork telling me to taste it for myself. I was equally unimpressed by the dish, It was disappointing. My Fra Diavolo was nice, the portion size was decent, shrimp were cooked well and I liked the flavors. Sadly our dinner conversations had to compete with the Muzak. It’s pretty loud which probably not and issue if you’re just in for a slice of pizza but when you sit for a meal it can be overwhelming. Now, in all fairness, I need to highlight the most enjoyable part of our evening. The young lady who was our waitress did an amazing job. She checked back with us regularly during our meal and was always there when we needed something. She even added«I hope you’ll come back to see us again soon», a nice touch. So to sum it all up, excellent pizza, loud Italian music, bland decorations, average food, and attentive service. It’s a mixed bag so I’m going with three stars.

Good quick Pizza and soda on the way to movies. Nice choices… pizza has thin crisp crust which is very good. The Buffalo Chicken slice is really nice and hot(hot sauce)! Also enjoyed sausage slice and even plain sprinkled with good garlic powder… tasty
