Don’t be fooled by the ‘English Kitchen’, this menu is for real. First of all, no place to get craft beer in Jerome except this place. I’m not a craft beer guy, but nice to have local beers to try. Their sweet’n’sour mix for margs or tea is awesome… could’ve sat there all day and enjoyed those. We had the Cuban sandwich for lunch, which was awesome. Their smoked ham was great as well as the pulled pork. I imagine the rest of their bbq is as good. Be sure to try their garlic mustard as well as the jalapeño molasses bbq sauce… almost stole it just to take it with. Incredible find in a traditional antiqu-ey town

Every single thing I had was AWESOME! The dark chicken with the crispy skin, brisket cheesesteak, mac n cheese, fries, slaw, beer… all good. The sauces are to die for as well and I wish they were bottled, but they’re not

Great food at a great price. The waitress was so kind and awesome. The pulled pork, and the home made beans were so good. Mel in your mouth good! Great place and great service. Absolutely a must try!

This place was amazing. We visited the small town and actually found out about this place through Unilocal. We were searching for good BBQ in AZ and we weren’t disappointed. Our waitress was really cool and made us feel welcomed. She was very talkative and prompt with our service. She gave us some recommendations on what to try. We loved the brisket, ribs(meat fell off bone), pulled pork, BBQ beans(very tasty and had meat in it), and the Mac n cheese. We definitely want to visit again next time we are in town. The Apple pie shot is a must too! You will enjoy the food here!

We committed to partaking of this town’s local delicacy during this trip, and we were not disappointed. The Beef Brisket was tender, the Chicken was tasty and crispy, and all the BBQ sauces; especially, Jalapeño sauce was just amazing! To top it all off, Meagan, our server was just so friendly and attentive — she just made the whole dining experience a superlative one. In fact, just observing ALL of the staff and how they just warmly and genuinely interacted with ALL the customers made it feel like a 5 star restaurant, in spite of the rustic atmosphere. We would definitely recommend visiting this place while you are in Jerome!

I would say this meal was the best part of our beautiful moto ride today! Although the curvy roads and red rocks were beautiful, this meal was even more so! My partner had the dark chicken which was amazing, and I had the rib plate with brisket. The chicken had caramelized skin that reminded me of home cooked BBQ’s as a child! Although the brisket was good, I was super disappointed I didn’t order a whole rack of the ribs. They were fall off the bone tender with such amazing flavor and a perfect amount of smoke. What an awesome surprise! Will definitely return for these bad boys on our next trip to AZ!!! The sides were also great and the sauces rocked!

Cornbread was a little dry, pork beans were too spicy and the lemonade didn’t taste right. The BBQ was good!

If the smell of the smoker doesn’t reel you into this place, your smeller is broken and you should probably have it checked. We stopped in after a short visit to Jerome and were very glad we did. The décor is cool with some original features dating way back. Be sure to read about the history of the place while you wait for your food. I had the Cuban King, which was very good. Smoked ham and shredded pork, bread and butter pickles(THANKYOU) and melted Swiss, and some of their house sauce, just enough to get the flavor but not smothered in it… very yummy. It could have used some mustard — if it was there I did not taste it. My only other dig is that a Cuban, in my mind anyway, must be pressed in a crusty roll, and this was served in a hero roll. Otherwise I loved it. I was not crazy about the seasoning on the fries. My boyfriend had the Z-Man, their pulled pork sandwich. In his words it was«okay.» The service was friendly; two women alternated chatting us up as we sat, asking us about our travels.

Pulled pork, ribs, baked beans and cornbread made a good dinner for two. The pork was tender and the ribs fell from the bone. With the house sauce they were a flavorful treat. The beans were mixed with shredded meat and had a bit of heat. The cornbread was tasty and had a hard crunchy top not sure if that was intentional but it was interesting. Service was good and attentive.

We throughly enjoyed the delicious smoked BBQ, we had brisket and pulled pork with cornbread and one side. I had baked beans and my DH had the cold slaw. I thought the beans were the best. This family owned restaurant is definitely worth a visit when in Jerome. Our waitress«Mona» was friendly and gave great service.

Yes eat here! We grabbed a drink before our tour started and just happened to be by Bobby D’s. We ordered a slider appetizer to hold us through until dinner. WOW! What flavor! That settled it-we were coming back here for dinner. Bobby D’s meats(brisket, pork, ribs, and sausage) are all so tender and the homemade sauces were all added deliciousness. Make sure to try his sausage. I’ve never had better! Our waitress Mariah was so sweet and perfectly timed our meals, plus was very helpful with selections. She made our experience perfect. Thanks Mariah! Oh, I almost forgot to mention we sat at a picnic like table on a patio overlooking the verde valley towards Sedona-Beautiful! and comfortable with nice tunes in the background. Great addition to our relaxed day in Jerome. Not to mention this place has some serious history to enjoy. The owner/chef even visited our table and we didn’t know it was him until later! Thanks for the delicious food Bobby! We will dream about it this winter in Indiana. You should sell your sausage at my grocery store! Hint!

Cool little town. Being a vegetarian, I found their veggie burger to be of great quality and taste. Sat outside(flies EVERYWHERE! Including all over their soda machine and condiment bar) this was very distracting. Very nice waitresses. Good beers. Slower service — I’m from Orange County so I know my service speed expectations are higher than average. Awesome views. Great history behind the place.

Jacqui was our server. She’s a sweetheart. She knows history, too. I like her. MyLove had a half rack and I had a burger. Double patty, excellent. MyLoves’ ribs were«Fallin’-off-the-bone-yummy» Jacqui chided me for coming to a BBQ place and ordering a burger but I tried the BBQ sauces in the sauce carryall on my dry bun burger. The burger was so juicy it needed nothing but lettuce tomato onion and pickle. It worked.

Hubby and I went here for dinner. First we had the screaming wings and onion rings. Contrary to their name, the screaming wings were just the right amount of heat and not too much. They were sweet, smokey and spicy! The wings came out whole and not cut apart, but still delicious. The onion rings were also delicious and had a nice batter(tasted like beer batter.) we each got a platter. I had ribs and brisket. The ribs were very good and fell off the bone. The brisket was just ok and could have been more smoky. The corn bread and Mac and cheese were both too dry for my taste, but we came here for the BBQ meats and the BBQ sauce was so good!

This was my second time eating here and still love this place. The service was great, the beans and cornbread are my favorite. The brisket was great and fell apart with a cut of a fork, I wish they had more variety of sauces and the flys on the patio was a little overwhelming. Next time ill eat inside.

Everything is great … meat is tender and smoky. The hamburgers imo were better then haunted burger. They smoke the meat right outside which is what caught attention. Next time in Jerome im coming here.

Super great barbecue and very friendly wait staff made for an enjoyable lunch on the deck overlooking downtown. The location is really good you feel like you are right in the heart of things. The barbecue platters and sandwiches were excellent and were fresh and brought quickly to the table. I had a Cuban-style smoked sandwich which really hit the spot with delicious homemade cole slaw. Definitely an excellent lunch spot in the heart of Jerome.

I had the Pulled Pork Platter with a side of baked beans. The pleasant surprise with the beans was added pieces of pork in them. The jalapeño cheddar cornbread was good, but I have had better other places. I felt the same about the pork… just okay. The atmosphere is nice and they have a decent selection of microbrews here. The Pear Cider paired nicely with my meal. They had a check-in offer so I received $ 1 off my meal. Yay!
