My wife Karen and I were very pleasantly surprised. Sunday 1 pm. Got seated right away presentation of food very nice. Got the California Quesadilla. Excellent taste. Excellent Guacamole. Nicely garnished. If you go see Mike as you come into town that runs the 1 Hr walking tour of history, he will give u a 20% off coupon and Unilocal check in will get you free chips and salsa. Salsa good. A little salty. Friendly staff. Fairly priced meals. Nice way to spend a Sunday!

So good! We were in Sedona heading to Phoenix and are so glad we stopped in Jerome for lunch! I got the Navajo style taco with veggies and shrimp and it was so good! If you’re in the area you need to come to this place!

Good was typical New Mexican and flavorful. We didn’t have a wait and received our food quickly and hot. Service was okay, not overly welcoming or friendly. When breezing through Jerome and wanting Mexican food, this will satisfy the craving.

They stayed open after closing to feed me and my best friend. They were so gracious and friendly even though they were staying open late to feed us. They had some of the best guacamole I have ever tasted. I ordered the chili relleno burrito and my best friend ordered their carne asada dinner, it was some of the best mexican food I have had in a very long time! I cant wait to go back to Jerome to eat there!

Stopped in at the«tween» hour of 3:00, so was concerned we wouldn’t get the freshest of food… however, it was fantastic. The salsa alone indicated we were in for a treat. We had the smother chimichanga with red sauce and steak fajitas. The meat on both were seasoned perfectly. The prickly pear margarita was on steroids — lifting the huge, full, tasty glass for a sip was almost comical but I couldn’t stop guzzling the goodness!

First time here — absolutely fantastic! Try the guacamole! We had the chicken taco salad as our main dish. A very tasty departure from the standard version. Highly recommend this place!

Nice place in Jerome. Great atmosphere, love all the art and the Dia de los Muertos vibe. I ordered the carne asada. The meat was amazing, very flavorful. The presentation of the dish was beautiful(see picture). However, the food came out somewhat cold. Cold retried beans are not fabulous. My father ordered a creamy chipotle chicken dish, and said it was good. My husband had the torta el pastor, and enjoyed it, but wasn’t super impressed. My mother had the pomegranate salad, and enjoyed it, but it did not blow her away. All of our food came out at different times, and we were the only guest in the restaurant. So, that was a little annoying. The service was okay. Overall, good food, GREAT presentation, GREAT atmosphere.

Wish I could give negative stars. The hours on Unilocal are wrong. It is 7:14 pm on a Friday and when walking up to the door the man slammed the open sign to closed. The restaurant was full with lights on. He said they close in a few minutes. I thought he was joking so I laughed. So they close at 7:17 pm on a Friday? On here it says open till 9. Not technically his fault, but don’t be a rude asshole.

Great music, décor, service and food. I ordered the steak picado and my girlfriend ordered the blue corn enchiladas. Both were delicious. To drink I had Roadrash IPA by That and she had a pomegranate margarita. The furniture and artwork is Dia de los muertos themed. Music is Latin pop.

Great décor, awesome music, and Luis our server was friendly and efficient. I ordered the blue corn enchilada with fajita chicken and my bf ordered the steak picado. I also got the pomegranate margarita with real pomegranate. The drink was delicious and the food was decent. One complaint was that the rice and beans were not really hot but other than that it was good. Definitely would recommend it if you are coming through Jerome.

Good food, festive décor, prime downtown location! We were starving after exploring the charming downtown and in need for some nourishment. The margarita and cantina display drew us in. The vibrant décor is a bit over the top but it fits the festive theme of the restaurant. I ordered the Baja style Mahi Mahi tacos with rice and beans. The fish was very moist and flavorful. I didn’t really care for the oily sauce that came with it as it was way too salty. My boyfriend ordered the pork carnitas tacos which were equally delicious! The portions are definitely generous. The margarita was pretty good as well. If you’re looking for good Mexican food then you should give this place a try!

Nice location. Fun décor. Ok food. — The two salsas were both flavorful. The two tablespoons of guacamole were disappointing — The steak tacos were too greasy. Good flavor, but I shouldn’t need to wash my hands for 60 seconds to wash the grease off afterwards — Solid quesadilla — Very good chicken taco — Ok fajitas — Friendly service
