My 5 year old was very, very scared. I was going to come back another time. The Dr. could have told me to come back if all he was going to do was a cleaning, they didnt bother with the xrays because she was scared of that too. He seems cocky, pushy, and bossy. Telling me to sit in chair and at the same time motioning to the chair in a very demanding way so i can hold my child. Called Daddy so he could calm my baby down, Dr. motions me to hang up and says hang up, or put the phone down. Him and his staff saying she has to be seen. Didnt want to leave there with bad experience for her, wanted it to be easier for my child to come back. My child doesn’t want to go back. I dont know if Dr Stillman is still there. I didnt see the reviews on Unilocal,wish I had.

This practice is a complete rip-​off. They billed my insurance for a cleaning and my son never got the cleaning. Thinking it was an honest mistake, I called and they would not give us the credit back or actually do the cleaning that my son needed and they had already billed for. I then needed the x-​rays and they want to charge me for them. My insurance already paid for them. Do not waste your time at this dentist unless you want a nightmare with the admin. Can’t say much about the dentists since no actual work was done. Admin is enough to not come back.
