They are very reliable even the old style of key, they have! And the guy who was in the shop was very friendly.

I locked myself out and was pissed! I called them based on their Unilocal reviews and proximity to my home. The guy who answered the phone was great. He told me the cost and how long they would take to get here. It was very reasonably priced. The guy worked quickly and made sure to check my key to make sure it still worked after he picked my lock. He called the office to charge my credit card and I was immediately texted the receipt from Square. These guys are professionals!

Tim is the best! He comes quick, works smart and is a delight. He did a great job getting in my unit and then told me about a great new lock and installed it too. If it has a key or a lock you should use them!

I came here since I need a mailbox key made and they don’t carry this type in many hardware stores. They are located next to a dealership so you need to actually be looking for it if not you will miss it. I came and the guy working there was very friendly and helpful. He explain how he didn’t have the exact key but could make me one that should work and if it didn’t to come back and he would get me a refund. I thought that was a fair deal but I was very lucky the key worked and I didn’t have to return.

We needed to get all our locks replaced as one of our keys was lost by a contractor working on our home. I called A Thorough Locksmith and was able to speak to someone immediately. I not only was able to go through the issues but able to upgrade to a keyless entry at a great price! There honesty during this process was amazing. I was able to text a few pictures of the locks so that they had all the information they needed. When Jonathan came by it was also a friendly honest experience. He had an opportunity to upset me due to a door issue that I had. Instead he worked around it and was able to use the deadbolt that was lesser in price. I am very happy with the service and the total client experience. I highly recommend!

AMAZING!!! After my super was not able to get my door open I called these guys — I was not disappointed.
To start, they are very transparent. Before I hung up the phone he made sure I knew their prices and that I was ok with them. He said he would arrive between 30 – 45 minutes and was here in 20! What I really appreciated was that he made sure to try and pick my lock first rather than just destroy it because he didn’t want me to spend more money than was necessary. After a few tries the lock was open!

Locksmith was very friendly and came out to change our locks even though he was done for the day and even beat us to our house. He gave us a better lock than we had originally and didn’t try to work us over for $. We will be using this company again!
