I called up to make a first appointment. The phone rang for nearly three minutes before anyone picked up (good thing I had a crossword puzzle to keep me busy). When the woman finally picked up, she was extremely rude. She kept talking over me, raised her voice at one point, and rushed me off the phone when I tried to ask a question. She would not let me make an appointment, and said that they would call me back later in the day. How hard is it to make an appointment? She also asked me for my name twice, my phone number twice, my insurance carrier twice. Extremely frustrating.
They called me back, and I was busy. I returned the call and got another woman who was very pleasant. Of course, she had to ask me the same questions that the first woman asked me, which was annoying. I asked her if they were in-​network with my insurance carrier, and she said that they would look into it and call me if there was a problem. Not sure how they didn’t already know – everybody other place that I’ve been to knows whether they are in-​network or not.
I show up at my appointment, and they tell me that they’re not in network so the charge is going to be enormous. What a bait and switch. I was furious. I have no idea if the physical therapy is any good, but my experience with this place was just abysmal.
