Stopped in today after passing by for a few months. Am so glad I did! This store has a wonderful mix of vintage housewares, accessories, linens, clothing and more. The owner was very friendly and welcoming and I bought a bunch of xmas gifts for family members.
*Note* Thrift store is sort of a misnomer, since the owner selects, curates and refurbishes everything herself. If you’re expecting one dollar and two dollar items, you’ll be disappointed. That being said, many of the prices are affordable and very reasonable. Definitely a better deal than a NYC (or even downtown JC) vintage spot.

Over time I have become very stingy with my stars.
A business needs to seriously impress…
and BJ’s knocks it out of the park.
The moment you step inside you feel the care given to every item curated.
There is something for everybody… a treasure everywhere you look.
I spent the afternoon talking with the lovely owner, ooohing and ahhhing over pieces that evoked warm memories or antiques or vintage pieces that I could see living in my home.
This place is a labor of love and it shows in every item, in the location itself (she gutted and renovated herself), and in the way she deals with her customers.
I know I will be visiting often (looks like every time I pay down my card :)) because I already have my eye on several more treasures.
